2007 Pinot Gris
Tank fermented, no oak. Residual sugar of 2%
because the acids are high. This leads to a
balanced, full flavored wine.
Silver Mendocino County Fair
Klindt Vineyards is sustainably farmed in
Anderson Valley. These 10 year old vines produced
a light crop in '07. The harvest was early after a
heat spike in August. The Pinot Gris came in with
high acids and the smell of white peaches.
