2003 Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendocino - Blackberry, Loganberry, and cassis are forward on the palate, followed by mocha and cedar. Vanilla rounds out the full palate experience and is testament the wine spending to two years on french oak. This wine will pair well with steak or lamb. Unfiltered. 2007 Riverside County Fair Silver

2002 Reserve Syrah From Ladi’s Award winning vineyard in Sonoma. The robust flavors of black stone fruit, cherries and tea overtake the palate. The finish is layered with smoke and white pepper. We only made 65 barrels of the Reserve. We picked out the best barrels and put them aside for additional aging and then have let this wine sit in the bottle for an additional 12 months prior to release. This one is a real keeper.
2003 Syrah, Ladi's Vineyard, Sonoma County - This vintage came in fast as the fall heat brought in all the grapes at once. Cherry, raspberry, allspice fill the palate with undertones of charcoal, smoke, and black pepper. This wine is big and pairs well with steak and pork. unfiltered. 2007 LA County Fair Gold Medal Winner

2005 Chardonnay, Mendocino County - This tank fermented Chardonnay is redolent of tropical flavors balanced with aromas of apple and pear. Richly layered and balanced throughout. Crisp and elegant, it pairs well with fish chicken and pork dishes. Enjoy while reading dining or dancing.

2005 Zinfandel, Mendocino - Zinfandel is the bad boy of red wines. As a teenager Zinfandel got into trouble with the authorities but eventually pulled itself up by it's bootstraps, gaining respect in its old age. Our Zin started out a little edgy. With over 16 months in the barrel its edginess is dtill there but refined with blackberry flavors, supporting solid tannins. Sultry cedar and spice accents prove it to still be a bad boy. This wine is unfiltered.

| 2004 Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley - Aromas of black cherry fruit and hints of cola are followed by the plush flavors of strawberry and cherry jam, with nuances of dried herbs. Bright acidity accented by black cherries create an enticing fruit entry that leads to a broad lingering finish. This full bodied Pinot is a blend of different clones and has spent 20 months on French oak. The oak aging adds hints of vanilla and a smoky finish, rounding out a full palate experience.
